These amazing steampunk insects are designed by artist Mike Libby, who makes highly detailed sculptures, models, collages, and drawings.
His unique insect artworks can be seen at the Insect Lab. Mike normally collects non-endagered high-quality specimens from all around the world and outfits them with tiny mechanical devices.
He uses tiny parts of antique pocket watches, wristwatches, sewing machines, typewriters, and electrical components.
At the Insect lab, you can find mechanized grasshoppers, ladybugs, butterflies, beetles, and more, which are manually adorned and combine nature with technology. Enjoy more inside.
